No Guarantee. We expect you to confirm that the services you are purchasing will meet your needs. We do not make any guarantee to you that you will obtain a particular result, professional qualification, or employment opportunity from your purchase and completion of any of the Services.
Sole discretion. We reserve the right to add/discontinue any product or service anytime at our sole discretion.
3. Eligibility
Pauline Danko is strictly limited to parties who can lawfully enter into and form contracts on the Internet. If you are under age 18, you may only use the Services with the consent of your parent or legal guardian. Please be sure your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and discussed these Terms with you.
4. Payment
Our Site accepts all major payment methods which include:

We reserve the right to add or change our payment methods at sole discretion anytime.
5. Pricing Policy
Prices shown on the Site are in your local currency. Sometimes we need to make changes to the price of some of our products. When this happens, we’ll update the prices on our website. If you had placed your order for a product before the price change, the price will be as stated on our website at the time when you had placed your order.
6. Requirements
Broadband internet access is required to ensure the quality of the sound and the video for any webinars or classes. In case of a slow internet connection (poor audio/video quality) we may ask you to switch off the camera to achieve better audio quality. Customers are responsible to check their scheduled classes/webinars.
7. Permitted use
You agree to use the Site and the Services only for purposes that are permitted by these Terms and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and generally accepted practices or guidelines in the relevant jurisdictions. You may only use the Site and Services for your non-commercial, non-exclusive, non-assignable, non-transferable, and limited personal use, and no other purposes.
You will not (and will not attempt to):

8. Delivery, Refunds, and Cancellations
This policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the delivery, refunds, and cancellations related to the services/products provided by Pauline Danko.
8.1 Customer Initiated Delivery Process:
Upon customer request, the delivery process commences by sending an email to polinedankoesp@gmail.com to receive the specified service/products. The delivery of our service/products is considered complete upon successful transmission to the customer's designated email address. This action marks the fulfillment of the agreement between the customer and Pauline Danko.
Mentorship Process Overview
8.2 Comprehensive Mentorship Program Workflow
a) Our mentorship program encompasses several key steps to ensure a holistic learning experience. It commences with the client's integration into our exclusive Telegram channel, facilitating seamless communication and updates. On the agreed-upon start date, we initiate live group sessions conducted via Zoom at predetermined times. Additionally, I offer personalized feedback on the client's content, providing both written and audio evaluations within the stipulated timeline established during the application process. This structured approach aims to foster a supportive and enriching mentorship journey for our participants.
b) I provide personalized responses to clients within the private group Telegram chat on a designated day of the week.
Failed Service Provision
8.3 Service Delivery Guarantee:
In the event we fail to provide the agreed-upon service, and the designated link does not appear in the specified Telegram channel within 3 months from the payment date, a full refund of the paid amount for the service will be issued within 30 calendar days from the date of notification.
8.4 Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges Policy
a) We maintain a strict policy regarding refunds, returns, or exchanges for all products and/or services offered on this platform. All transactions are considered final, and as such, no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be entertained under standard circumstances. It is incumbent upon the customer to thoroughly review the products or services before making a purchase to ensure the accuracy and relevance to their needs.
b) Pauline Danko firmly believes in offering valuable tools and information at competitive and reasonable prices. Non-utilization or non-engagement with the purchased product or service does not warrant the refusal of associated charges.
c) I, Pauline Danko reserve the right to record live sessions and meetings with clients for future reference and training purposes. Clients may request access to a recording of a session, provided it was recorded during our engagement.
9. Payment Structure and Service Boundaries
a) Payment Plans (promotional)
9.1 Clients paying in full (PIF) - €4900 for 6 months
Our Mastermind Group program for language teachers is intended to start late July or early August 2025. The exact start date will be communicated to participants at least two weeks in advance. Designed to support our clients over a 6-month period, the program includes the following:
One 90-minute 1:1 onboarding call: A personalized session to understand your goals and integrate you into the Mastermind program.
Weekly 90-minute group calls: Group coaching sessions held once a week to discuss strategies, progress, and challenges.
Private Mastermind Telegram group chat: A private group chat for ongoing support, questions, and community engagement.
Pricing:
Pre-Sale Price: €4900 [valid before 30th May 2025].
Final Price: €5900.
The delivery process begins as soon as the first 90-minute 1:1 onboarding call is conducted.
9.2. Payment Plans
For those opting to pay in installments, the payment plan consists of six (6) equal monthly payments of €880. The first payment is due upon enrollment, and the remaining five payments will be automatically charged on the same date each month thereafter. By selecting the payment plan, you agree to complete all six payments, regardless of your level of participation in the program.
b) Service Boundaries
As a self-employed individual based in the UK, Pauline Danko's availability for consultations and assistance is from Tuesday to Friday, between 4 pm BST to 6 pm BST. While every effort is made to respond to inquiries within a day, please note that immediate responses may not always be feasible. Furthermore, it is important to clarify that Pauline Danko provides guidance and mentorship but does not undertake the task of rewriting client copy and messaging. Instead, support is offered through examples, suggestions for improvement, and tasks such as crafting posts or storytelling exercises, with the aim of empowering clients to refine their ow content creation skills.
10. No Express or Implied Guarantees / Unfulfilled Performance Outcomes
a) You, as the Customer, acknowledge and agree that Pauline Danko provides no express or implied guarantees for the content presented within our services/products. It is explicitly understood that no particular results are promised or assured to you through our offerings.
b) Pauline Danko strives to offer comprehensive and valuable content, yet you explicitly acknowledge that individual outcomes may vary based on personal circumstances, dedication, and external factors beyond our control.
c) Our commitment is to deliver high-quality information and resources to aid your progress and learning. However, any results or achievements derived from our services/products are not explicitly guaranteed or assured by Pauline Danko.
d) By engaging with our services/products, you acknowledge that any decisions or actions taken based on the information provided are solely your responsibility. We encourage thorough consideration and independent verification before making any significant decisions.
e) This disclaimer serves to clarify that Pauline Danko does not make any warranties, guarantees, or promises regarding specific outcomes or results resulting from the utilization of our services/products.
11. Limited License and Site Access; Acceptable Use
You may not: (a) resell or make any commercial use of this Site or any of the contents of this Site; (b) modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or convert any of the contents of this Site not intended to be so read; (c) copy, imitate, mirror, reproduce, distribute, publish, download, display, perform, post or transmit any of the contents of this Site in any form or by any means; or (d) use any data mining, bots, spiders, automated tools or similar data gathering and extraction methods on the contents of the Site or to collect any information from the Site or any other user of the Site.

Pauline Danko is not liable for any delays caused by circumstances beyond Pauline Danko’s control, e.g. general labor dispute, extreme weather, acts of war, fire, lightning, terrorist attacks, changed governmental orders, technical problems, defects in power- /tele-/computer communications or other communication and defects or delays in the service by sub-suppliers due to circumstances set forth above.
26. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions set forth the entire understanding and agreement between you and Pauline Danko concerning the subject matter herein and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written concerning the Site. A printed version of these Terms and Conditions and any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to these Terms and Conditions to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved. You may not assign the Terms and Conditions, or assign, transfer or sublicense your rights therein. A failure to act concerning a breach by you or others does not waive Pauline Danko's right to act concerning subsequent or similar breaches.

Violations of this agreement may result in the immediate termination of this agreement and denials or terminations of your access to the Site. Such restrictions may be temporary or permanent.
