Radically Different Mastermind
The 6 months Radically Different Mastermind is for language teachers wanting to SHAKE UP the whole fucking industry, make their audience fanatically addicted to buying their language courses, and hit consistent €10k months, €15k months, €25k+ months.
About our company
I observe a lot of social media pages of language teachers and I rarely get impressed. But when I do, I know this language teacher is selling out her language courses like crazy and her audience IS OBSESSED about her, and paying her.

Most language teachers & language school owners use marketing clichés and I see it as a fucking problem. Because when you say clichéd phrases like “you freeze when you speak Spanish”, “imagine speaking confident Polish”, “master real-life French” or other overused and abused phrases (mass-market vibes), it makes your audience of language learners think that your language course is mass-market, the students inside are mass-market (low IQ, not high-achievers), and the experience is pretty average.
That's why...
❌That’s why they say “I can’t afford it”, “I need to ask my husband” (woof woof, dog behaviour) or “maybe next time” (this next time never comes).

❌That’s why they ask 666 annoying & stupid questions about your language course instead of buying it fast as fuck.

❌That’s why you AREN’T making €30k months on repeat in your language teaching business. I don’t care if you hit that €30k or €10k *once*, I want you to make this money every single fucking month.

Yeah, you move like a psycho in your language teaching business.

You move fast, invest big in mentorship, you are allergic to normalcy. You’ve achieved more than 99% of language teachers ever will because of the way you move. You have this “fuck it lets go” mentality and it got you your current results (the income you’re making is a direct reflection of your moves). And you’re so fucking ready to make €10k months, €20k months, €30k+ months and feel like you own the world. Because it will definitely feel like that, bro.

I am Pauline Danko. You know me as an ex-online English teacher/trainer that went from a $5k month to her first $10k month in *a few* months. And then I had my first $25k month.

I’m so fucking good at selling language courses not just because I used to be an English teacher and made a shit ton of money but because I was an avid language learner, too (some people even called me a polyglot but I’m not). I learned Spanish, English, Portuguese, French, Latin, Romanian, and splashed out thousands on speaking clubs, language retreats, language courses – so I observed my own buying behaviour. I always asked myself “what made ME buy this language course?”

And I had friends – high IQ high achieving people with amazing careers and businesses, talented polyglots, actors, therapists, IT girls and guys – who were casually spending €5-10k on language programs and accent courses. I knew what made them buy and what made them decide NOT to buy.
Obviously, I used it all in my favour when selling my OWN language programs & later helping famous language teachers and language school owners sell *their* courses, speaking clubs, groups, language retreats, 1:1 language coaching.

Your audience of high-achieving, emotionally intelligent language learners are thinking the same way as you when you invest. That doctor. That IT specialist. That startup founder. That business analyst. When they come on your Instagram page (or LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok…) they either think

“that’s cheap mass market – this language course is not even worth €1k” → don’t buy it

or

“OH MY GOD, I am buying it right now, where’s the payment link?!” → buy it fast as fuck

The way you’re selling your language programs directly reflects:
1) what DMs you get – it’s either 666 stupid questions from low IQ people OR one “how can I join?”, “just paid!”

2) how fast they join your language course

3) how much they respect you (which affects whether they buy your language course at the speed of light or need you to convince them into buying it)

What do you need to do to *only* attract emotionally intelligent overachievers who buy your language course fast, don’t ask 666 questions, and are used to investing in themselves?

Get so fucking good at speaking to people to are *better than others*. First, they already feel the urgency to speak better French / Spanish / Dutch, and this urgency is authentic, it comes from who they are deep down (so they don’t buy from fake FOMO or urgency tactics). Second, yeah while they *do* invest thousands in language courses, they don’t want to invest €3k, €5k, €10k into a language course that looks like everyone else’s.

No originality in the way you sell = no desire in people to buy it.

WHAT WE DO INSIDE

  • Weekly one hour Mastermind group calls every Wednesday at 1 pm GMT London time

The way our weekly group calls go:

You join our Zoom call and either ask your burning question about your current sales (planning your upcoming language course launch, redefining your language course, brainstorming content) & I roll up my sleeves and we plan it all

→ OR you join our Zoom call with the content piece you want me to review (Stories, a reel, a post, a YouTube video, an ad script) and I help you re-write it in the most magnetic way possible so students want to buy it right away.

  • Content feedback every Wednesday
Every Wednesday, you submit a piece of content you want my eyes on. It can be a Stories sequence, a YouTube video script, a reel, a carousel, a sales page, whatever you want my direct unfiltered feedback on.

When I’m giving feedback, I only care about your success and how much money I can help you make WITH my feedback, and not your feelings. My feedback ISN’T soft or for sensitive people.

  • A private community of language teachers & language school owners with a 0 excuses mentality.
They’re fucking psychos just like you, they’re already selling their language programs on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Substack, LinkedIn, they’re different from 99% of language teachers. It’s NOT a community of complainers or people who hate their life. It’s a community full of language teachers & language school owners who take radical responsibility for their life, love their businesses, love their students, and are actually having conversations in our chat. Once you’re in, you’ll feel that whatever deep thought you post, you’ll always be supported.

Examples of REAL recent conversations we had in the Mastermind:
  • how exactly to sell €3k language courses in a way that NOBODY sells
  • helping a British accent coach define her next steps - how to sell out her British accent membership this March & April with a free event in a way that doesn't attract freebie seekers and dickheads and only attracts real people who want to pay thousands for British accent training
  • telling a French coach how to raise the perceived value of her French speaking club in an unconventional way
  • suggested a strategy for a Business English teacher to heat up her audience APART FROM just posting fantastic feed content and Stories
  • what to post in the last weeks of your language course launch to get people off the fence and buy
  • how to get a fresh burst of energy for the next language course launch & get the content ideas flowing
  • mapping out cold ads, retargeting ads in the Facebook Ads Manager (exact scripts, CTAs, videos to film, static ads)
  • laying out the “tasters” (lead gen events like masterclasses, speaking challenges, 2 weeks experiences etc.) to sell your language courses
  • how to sell your language course THROUGHOUT your online events (masterclasses, challenges, etc.) and not just at the end
  • injecting more originality into your language course launch
  • mapping out your Stories & feed content for selling out your language courses (and having people buy from you bc they’re your loyal fans)
  • training your audience of language learners to buy from you fast (without fucking hesitation or doubts)
  • laying out the marketing for Stories & feed content for the Spanish coach and selling her €5k irl event
  • working on another client’s mindset (Spanish coach) because she felt trapped by what her audience of language learners expect of her – so I told her to fuck their expectations
My clients - language teachers and language school owners - are...

  • making their first £5k months
  • selling out their NEW €3-5k language programs with *less* feedback
  • raising the price of their language course from €600 to €3500 AND STILL selling it out
  • making $5000 after sending out one newsletter & getting Spanish learners to buy their courses
  • making their first $30k months
